Mother daughter relationships are one link of the heart !

As mothers and daughters have been on earth, it has always been a valuable link between them. Girls seem naturally to cling to their mother in the early years. It is the source of comfort, food and love and attention. Poor Daddy is sometimes a little less favorable for at least the first few years.

Mama is here to bathe, change diapers, play, stop the tears after a fall and make crafts. It is generally Mama, who can be cajoled to the grocery store or toy store for special treatment. While the father to make money to pay bills, you and your little Sweetie have fun. Your daughter showers kisses, learning to speak and read and share with friends. The discovery that there are both girls and boys in the world, simply underlines the special mother daughter relationship. Once your daughter made the distinction that you are also a girl, nothing more need be said. Modern psychology calls this bond. This lasts a lifetime. The mother and daughter are firmly attached to the heart and nothing can change that. The mother daughter relationship is formed.

Once your daughter is rock solid on Mama’s unconditional love, it started in May to pay a little more attention to Dad. This period opens Daddy’s little girl. Hey, Dad is not so bad after all. It is amusing. Trips to the park and a family movie night, pizza, popcorn and holiday barbecues bring Daddy into the bosom of your daughter’s heart.

Once your daughter reaches a certain age, around 12 or 13 years, daughter of the mother takes a new turn. Suddenly, the girl decides that your mother is a little authoritarian. “Here are some juice. Eat the rest of the vegetables.” Hmm. Daddy now appears to be a little more exciting. It has not spoiled with these remarks.

By the age of fifteen, Mama knows almost nothing of life. Papa, however, is quite a clever. A difficult period which may result for Mama. However, your daughter knows you want to fight the world for it, if Dad comes with an order unacceptable, she knows Mama mediation always the best deal.

When your sweet girl who arrives at sixteen, mom is not quite the exercise sergeant had been cast in previous years. After all, Mama’s a girl. She can talk about clothes, makeup, music and boys. Hey, she knows something, after all.

Throughout this time, through all the years, Mama Sweetie and love each other to pieces. The mother daughter relationship can be shared by the mother and daughter. It lasts forever.

When there is a question of abuse, parental rights should be terminated.  It must not. If a child is in danger of being neglected, or be hit, for whatever reason, it should be automatic that the child be removed from the home and placed with relatives if it is safe to do . However, there are more times when the lines were blurred, parents and rights have been dismissed for reasons that are not held twenty years ago.

If your parents have human rights issues, you have to fight for your children. You must be realistic about it well. If you know you’ve done something wrong with your child, if you have problems with drugs and / or alcohol, or if you leave them alone at home when they are too young, it might be for the better that they stay with someone else until you can get your life straightened out. However, if you know you’re good parents, you have to fight for your rights as parents, and you have to find a good lawyer to help you.

If for any reason, you lose your rights as parents, and there appears to have nothing to do, to fight. Fix what needs to be fixed, and keep it until they are back in the arm. Remember to be honest about everything. If you fail to share something that could hurt you, it may go against you. If you are honest, if the things you’ve done iffy perhaps, be honest about them and have a plan to correct the problem will always be in your favor. Although there are some judges who seem to want to terminate the rights of parents rather easily, many children want to be with their parents no matter what they have done. Thanks to Arthritis Relief

Most families are not financially able to enjoy the luxury of a stay-at- home mom. It’s too difficult for most of us to make ends meet without a second income. However, when Mom goes to work, she found, most often that the mother who works  the same work and have equal powers, is paid less than men. It is a source of great frustration and legitimate.

Working mothers are already penalized, as it has much less time to raise her children. The insult to injury is manifested in her pay cheque. She may be seated next to Joe, to do the same work but Joe’s salary is sometimes much larger, although  they both work 40 hours. Does not seem right, doesn’t it? Let’s look at why this situation is common and what  the mother can do to achieve equal pay for equal work.

The genesis of wage inequality began more than fifty years. During the Second World War, with most men of working age immediately to war, the family structure turned on its head. It has become necessary for women to do their part to support the war effort, to work in factories to make the necessary supplies . Because there was not enough men to fill jobs, the traditional stay at home mom has become a working mother, mainly due to a rally for patriotism. When the war ended, most women have been relieved not to be a job and return to the family home tends fires.

This period of working mothers in time of war was to break the traditional mode of men and the family. By the mid-1950s, it became common for women to take part-time jobs to supplement family income. These jobs tend to be small and the women did not expect to be paid a salary man. These part-time and short-term jobs do not pay enough to support the family and are not intended to be. More complex professions are generally reserved for men. The men wanted to be the family, while women do not have. It was the socially acceptable in the day.

During the 1960s, it became more common for women to go to college and have career development which are already filled only by men. The unspoken agreement was that women were hired for the men of employment at a lower wage rate. After all, a woman was taking a job away from the traditional family. It would be unthinkable to give equal pay and women have to accept that if they wanted to work.

Over time, these young married women and college graduates had families. In the 1970s, economic conditions and increasing family debt a woman in the great work, as working mothers. The concept of man as the family was still in force. Employers, perhaps almost unconsciously, women considered to have a job away from humans. The only justification for the hiring of working mothers, is that society does not need to pay equal wages.

Although many women are still on a slow burn on the matter, old ideas die slowly. Today we speak of the “glass ceiling”. Equal pay is still a problem. Few women have managed to overcome and that the ceiling, and enjoy equal pay.

So what prevents them from receiving most women equal pay? According to a consultant in business women, the main reason is that women indicate an amount less than the desired rate of pay when applying for the same work that job!

Working mothers often feel that the only way in a profession is a lower rate of pay. Some believe it is necessary to make this trade-off, because they need a job. Others think they should be “Mannish” in their behavior to get equal pay.

So what’s the solution? Know that your skills are just as valuable as the man with the same powers. Women can be just as professional in doing their job as a man. Being a woman can be an asset in certain professions, where a woman’s style and professionalism may be better suited to the profession of a man. Go online and find out what is the market rate for your skills. When you interview, or are under way for a pay rise, calling for wage rates. Today, the mother who is working to improve the needs of business of self-esteem!
